Club meeting a Different Adventure Presentation

Due to a scheduling conflict at Skipolioni's, our next Reno-Tahoe Pedaler general meeting will be held on October 28th, the last Tuesday of the month.

The program this month is somewhat different from our normal bicycle centered subject matter. Instead, Joe Bernhardt will present the story and pictures of his 1983 expedition to climb Mt McKinley, the highest peak in North America. At 20,320 ft in elevation, this was a true challenge for the self guided group of 6 Sierra Club members. Come and listen to this true adventure tale that included rescue from falling into a crevasse, beautiful scenery, and drama between team members.
