Ride Up West Caughlin and Somersett
Details
We collect at Bartley Regional Park at 8:45am and prepare and roll at 9:00am.
This is a route we have used several times before and climbs a winding path of the West Side of Caughlin Ranch ending up Cashill Blvd and then descends Caughlin Parkway to Plateau.
We continue over Mayberry and 4th Street to Somersett and cut a Path through Somersett then winding over to Robb Dr and 7th Street to descend to center city and take Arlington South.
Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/49575488
Rating: C+,B, 36.1 miles, 2869 feet of elevation gain
Note: For some unknown reason ridewithGPS believes there is a significant stretch of 16% grade on Somersett Blvd which does not exist
the area in question is roughly 6%, so the above elevation estimate is
about 200 feet high.
