Don't worry, this is a special book club where you don't HAVE to read a whole book before the meeting.

"What Does the Constitution Actually Say" is a 10-page piece you can probably read in about 15 minutes where the author acts as if he's in the room with you telling you why the founding fathers did what they did and each chapter is a different part of the Constitution.
