Royal Maundy Protest

On Thursday 2nd April, the royals will be attending the Royal Maundy service as a PR stunt to present themselves as charitable and humble.

This year’s service will be especially controversial in light of the monarchy’s failure to address corruption and accountability with Andrew's conduct, Duchy profits and an increasing Sovereign Grant at a time of public spending cuts.

The location of this year's service has not yet been announced, but will be updated here when more details emerge.
