## Who are they?

Tom has been developing production Node.js applications and modules since 2011, previously working for Clock. He now works as a Senior Consult at YLD!

Luke is a Senior Consultant at Yield. A developer with a diverse background, he has most recently been one of the lead Playstation server developers at Sony Computer Entertainment in London, building their next generation, cloud-hosted, online game services platform. Responsible for the introduction of Node.js to the team, he knows how to build responsive, robust, secure and scalable servers that are battle-tested in production.

Hassy is a Erlang/Python/Javascript developer with fondness for distributed back-ends. He has previously helped develop a distributed web spreadsheet, a video transcoding and delivery service and a recommendation engine for academic papers.

Andrew is an acquisitive full-stack dev/ops/quality alchemist; a hot sauce aficionado; a lover of basslines; a voracious tequila-phile; a skydiver (weather permitting). He has a particular interest in high performance, scalable, distributed systems: from the kernel through TCP/IP to the browser (falling just short of CSS).
