UX Survival Guide for Introverted Designers

Details
UX research involves interacting with users and stakeholders. It's the perfect role for outspoken people who are comfortable navigating through conversations and fluidly sharing their thoughts and ideas, which can lead some to think that people with more introverted personalities may not be meant for a career in UX research.
We are here to bust that myth and share how introverted designers can survive in a space that demands their voice, too! This talk will discuss the challenges introverted designers may encounter a profession that feels like it was made for extroverted personalities.
We will share our journeys into design, and specifically, the captivating world of design research. Using our experiences in healthcare, we’ll discuss how the unique complexities of this environment challenge us as introverts.
