Anthony Adeleke will show how to use PowerBI to perform Sensitivity Analysis interactively, evaluating the impact on costs (dependent variable) of factors like hourly rates. What-if scenarios composed of actual and projected measures will be engaged in a dynamic and easy-to-understand manner.

This talk will walk users through how to create parameters (scenarios) that could have an effect on your company's bottom line. Specifically, this session will deal with the procurement of most organizations' precious assets...their people!

BIO

Anthony Adeleke is an experienced Government Contracts professional with expertise in developing and managing various procurement operations in adherence with US federal, state, local, and commercial contracting practices. He has expansive knowledge of IT sourcing and best practices, and significant experience developing key performance indicators, standard operating procedures, and procurement workflows.

Serving as a Digital Acquisition Expert, Mr. Adeleke utilized his knowledge in IT procurements to teach and graduate two cohorts from the Veteran Affairs Administration through the innovative Digital IT Acquisition Professional Training (DITAP) program. The goal of DITAP is to allow the federal government to become a smarter buyer of technology by ensuring that the specialized procurement workforce understand the digital and IT marketplace, agile software development methodology, cloud hosting, and the “DevOps” practice of integrating system operations with application development teams.

Mr. Adeleke holds Project Management Professional certification (PMI), Certified Professional Contract Manager (National Contracts Management Association), an MBA with a focus in technology operations, and 15+ years' experience in strategic acquisitions and contract administration. He is also a DC barred attorney and a member of the Government Contracts Section.
