Lightning Talks / Community Code Sharing
Details
This month we're taking a break from having one presenter and turning the tables around to let our community members take over. Let's share the tools and scripts that we use in our daily work lives.
Did you solve a problem at work that you think could help someone else? this is a great way to share your knowledge and pass along some tips and tricks to fellow community members. Also, feel free to show off interesting things you have found that saved you time or made your job easier.
So what's good to share?
Anything that you think may be useful to others is open for consideration. It could be a two line script or a complex function. The idea of community sharing is to give code to others that may benefit from your work. We cater to all skill levels, so its ok (and encouraged) to show off a simple script that you found helpful. We all benefit when we pull out or tools and show others how they work. Each person only needs to be able to fill about five minutes time. No slides or fancy presentations, just share some code show what it does.
