Group Goal
Reset Your Stress is a supportive community for people who want to calm their nervous system, ease anxiety, and restore balance in their daily lives. Our goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where members can learn science-backed tools and gentle exercises to reset stress and feel more resilient.

Who You Will Meet
We welcome anyone who struggles with daily stress, autoimmune stress, burnout, fatigue, chronic illness, or anxiety—and also those simply curious about nervous system health. If you’re looking for practical, gentle ways to feel calmer and more in control, this group is for you.

What We’ll Do at Events
Every Sunday we meet on Zoom for a live, guided nervous system reset class. You’ll learn simple, effective exercises (like breathwork, grounding, and gentle somatic practices) to shift yourself out of “fight, flight or freeze” nervous system states, and take part in community sharing. Our sessions are designed to leave you calmer, more energized, and with tools you can use anytime.

Bonus Events
If you can’t make the live event, no problem! Sign up to receive the video replay and access to our video library of past classes. We will also organize in-person meet-ups with Reset Your Stress members in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

About the Host
I’m Ellie Joslin, a cancer survivor, fibromyalgia fighter, autoimmune warrior, and certified nervous system coach with a Master’s background in psychology. I created Reset Your Stress after transforming my own health through these science-backed methods, and I’m passionate about helping others feel healthy, safe, calm, and confident again.
