Resilience Ritual - Sacral Chakra
Details
We are so excited for round two of Resilience Ritual at the Center for the Performing Arts! Whether you've been a regular attendee or this is your first time, we welcome you! We've made a couple of adjustments that align with our observations and feedback from our first series, namely changing:
- the duration from 75 minutes to 90 minutes to allow for more time working with each modality
- the start time from 6:15pm to 7pm to aid in avoiding major traffic
- the frequency to twice monthly
- locations to allow for a larger capacity of attendees
Join board-certified health coaches Emily Ness and Megan Hadley for a multi-modality experience designed to regulate the nervous system and foster community connection. Through guided practices in meditation, gentle movement, sound healing, and self-reflection, we’ll create space for stress relief, deep self-work, and meaningful community engagement.
This session, we are focused on the Sacral Chakra. Through movement, breathwork, sound healing, reiki, and self-reflection, we will explore different modalities for balancing the Sacral Chakra and building resilience.
🌿 Who is this for? This gathering is for everyone. We especially like to call to those who give so much to the world—caregivers, healers, change-makers, and seekers—who need a space to receive. If you’re feeling drained, craving meaningful connection, or seeking a gentle, integrative approach to well-being, this is for you.
