Calling all fermented food lovers & enthusiasts! Come join us for a community fair of fermented food & beverage products being showcased and demonstrated to the public by fellow community members. This is an informal gathering of like-minded folx, so please come ready to mingle, ask questions and even try some fermented foods!

Our current lineup of fermented foods & community presenters includes:

Koji (Nicholas Repenning of Goen Fermented Foods)
Yogurt (Aaron Parker of Edgewood Nursery)
Kimchi (Marcus Im of Onggi)
Craft Vinegar (Brad Messier of West Maquoit Vinegar Works)
Fermented Foods (Sean Doherty of CERA)
Wines (Tim Woods of Devenish Wine)
Sourdough Bread (Nick D'Amore of Resilience Hub)

This event is FREE to attend, but will be hosted at Oxbow Blending & Bottling, where you'll be able to purchase delicious beers - also fermented!
