As this event is held in La Cafe, each attendee is asked to order a coffee, tea, or soft drink. :-)

What happens at Pitch Perfect?
1st 15 minutes........we introduce ourselves; we have 60 seconds each.

Next 20 minutes........10 Pitch PICASSO's make their 2 minute pitch(relaxxxxxx...you will be timed but not penalized).

Subsequent 20 minutes...........Pitch DOCTORS(the audience) give feedback - 2 minutes per "Doctor".

Last segment will give each person a chance to introduce 2-3 members of the audience(let's see how good your memory is, and how clear and concise the introductions at the beginning were).

Remainder of the session for Pitch PICASSOS to go into deep dive with the PITCH Doctors.
