Resistance Ephemera Pittsburgh
Details
Resistance Ephemera is a mixed media experience with the intent of bringing people together to create art and using our voices to express our ideas, ideals, and wishes for a better community, country, and world, using our art as our voice. Resistance Ephemera is open to anyone at any level of their artistic endeavors from ages 16 to 110 (I don't think it is particularly suitable for young children, although there could be specific date and times created just for the more youthful expression of social consciousness!)
Feel free to bring any supplies and materials you like to use, or items you haven't used yet but have been waiting to find the right time to use, and you can bring nothing at all! This is a FREE, ongoing event! I have amassed a shareable amount of "things" that can be used and altered. The first step is just for us to BEGIN!
Resistance Ephemera is every Friday at 2pm to 5pm in the Makers Space, Room 101*
Wilkins School Community Center**
7604 Charleston Ave
Pittsburgh, PA 15218
*Currently, the first "1" of room 101 is missing, so it may appear as 01 temporarily
** WSCC is not the host or organizer of this event. WSCC does not support, sponsor, or represent this group or event.
