Details
This group’s purpose is to discuss literature and other media (artwork , movies, and music) relating to nonviolent civil resistance, organizing, and campaigning.
Thus far, we have read Erica Chenoweth's "Civil Resistance: What Everyone Needs to Know" and Marshall Ganz's "People, Power, Change: Organizing for Democratic Renewal."
We're currently reading "How to Save a Constitutional Democracy" by Tom Ginsburg and Aziz Z. Huq text (https://a.co/d/eGcuMs9).

MEETING SECURITY NOTE:
We are implementing measures to reduce disruptive Zoom attendees and require all attendees to 1) register with Zoom and 2) authenticate, which means that an attendee needs to be signed into their local device's Zoom application to join our meeting.
If you are still having trouble logging into the meeting despite having registered and having signed into your local device’s Zoom application, please follow these instructions - Step 1: Sign out of all Zoom accounts. Step 2: Close out of Zoom application. Step 3: Open Zoom application. Step 4: Sign into the Zoom account that is associated with the RSVP. Step 5: Go to your email. Step 6: Select the RSVP email and click the link. Step 7: Enter your information and click “join meeting now.”
