• Morning Yoga Flow: Start your day with a gentle yet invigorating yoga session that will help you connect deeply with your body, awaken your senses, and set a peaceful tone for the day ahead.
• Qi Gong Practice: Experience the ancient practice of Qi Gong, where you’ll learn to cultivate your life force energy, fostering balance and harmony within.
• Intro to Human Design: Unlock the secrets of your unique energy blueprint with an introductory session on Human Design. Discover how to live in alignment with your true self and embrace your authentic power.
• Guided Hike in Nature: Explore the serene trails of Ojai on a guided hike, where you’ll soak in the stunning views, connect with nature, and ground yourself in the present moment.

10:45 - 11:00 Morning snack
11:00- 12:30- a hike.
around 1 pm -lunch (optional)
3:00 pm- 4pm - Human design intro
4:00- 4:30pm - qi gong
4:30- 5:15pm - Sound Bath
