We know meditating can bring benefits to our well-being. Yet finding time for meditation can be quite a challenge. We fall into a paradoxical loop in which the busier we get, the more we feel the need to stop and make space, yet we find less time to do so. And so on.
It’s not about becoming serious meditators overnight. It’s about making a little room to cultivate our practice.
I’m excited to launch a little experiment – a space where we can come together to practice stillness and presence. Meditating together not only strengthens our practice but taps into the collective energy of the group, making the journey even more enriching.
Each week, we'll explore different meditation techniques, introducing resourcing tools and methods to enhance your practice. We meet (online) Tuesdays at lunch time for 30 minutes. I look forward to sitting together!
