Motherhood is exhausting.
And for many women, it can feel isolating-
especially when you are the strong one everyone depends on.

Respite for Mothers is a restorative gathering space for women who are carrying a lot.

Whether you are a single mom, navigating divorce or co-parenting, married but carrying the majority of the mental load, or simply experiencing burnout-this space was created for you.

This is not a "how to be a better mom" group. This is a place to remember you are a woman first.

Each gathering includes:
-Gentle nervous system regulation practices
-Honest, judgement-free conversation
-Space to rest and reflect
-Practical tools to protect your peace and prioritize your energy

You do not have to be falling apart to come.
You just have to be tired of carrying everything alone.

This space is facilitated by Erica Phillips, M.A., a mental health professional, founder of JP Creative, LLC, and a mother in midlife who has navigated marriage, separation, professional burnout, and rebuilding. With over two decades of experience holding space or women and families, she brings both clinical insight and lived understanding to every gathering.
