Respite circle is a structured, emotionally safe reset space designed for high-functioning, exhausted mothers who need somewhere to put it down.

This is not therapy.
This is not a vent session.
This is a guided 75-minute restorative experience focused on nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection.

During our time together, you will:

  • Arrival grounding & gentle nervous system reset
  • Guided reflection to discover where burnout may be showing up
  • Connect with other mothers in a structured, supportive space
  • Leave with practical tools you can use immediately

This space is open to mothers nationwide.

It is facilitated by Erica Phillips, M.A., a mental health professional and mother in midlife who has navigated marriage, separation, professional burnout, and rebuilding. With over two decades of experience holding space for women and families, she brings both lived insight and clinical grounding to every gathering.

You don't have to carry it alone.
