Taking responsibility

Our usual discussion format, in August led by Mike Tanner, followed by Lean Coffee topic(s). This time getting some practical insights into responsibility (and response-ability). Relevant to recent events (e.g. RPM Manifesto in June) and Lean coffee in May (focused on trust, flexi-working etc.).
