This event will focus on Project Sponsorship. How project professionals engage with sponsors has emerged from our work to date as key to being able to manage responsibly. As we move into the recovery phase of the COVID-19 crisis, the role of the sponsor will be essential in ensuring projects contribute to economic, societal and organisational recovery.

A Sponsorship Guide to Responsible Project Management is the next output on the RPM Roadmap. The first step is to develop our understanding of the scope of this new Guide. In other words, we would first like to deepen our understanding of the problems project proferssionals face when engaging with Project Sponsors. In this event we will explore the challenges you face and would like to hear from you. You may wish to consider the challenges both now and those you envisage will emerge if your project is to deliver the benefits required for organisational recovery after COVID-19.
