Unfortunately, this year's TealCamp had to be canceled due to insufficient ticket sales. But the TealCamp Team organized a Teal Practice Day instead Friday, Oct 11 in Bern!

Dear Community,

Thank you all for sharing your feedback after our cancellation. We received both voices of frustration and of understanding. We are thankful for all of it and we are learning a lot from your sharings.

The last weeks we have listened to and sensed into the field around us, and we have decided to take the following action from that.

We realized that after a first phase during the last years of dreaming about Teal it now is time for a very down-to-earth approach. We need sharing and exchange about what works and what is really helpful when initiating the transformation we while dealing with obstacles and dynamics along the process.

Therefore, we would like to invite you for a 1 day Get-together to not miss TealCamp completely this year. To share and explore very practically the various small steps that you initiated or experienced in a Teal/Agile Transformation.

This is going to be a very informal gathering of practitioners. Lunch will be self-organised and facilitation will be kept to a minimal to support the co-creation process and collective sharing.

The day will happen when we are more than 15 people and we are going to decide and communicate on the 4th of October.

We would be very happy to see you on this occasion.

Location: Co-Leadership Dojo, Punkt.Null Organisationsentwicklung, Maulbeerstrasse 10, 3011 Bern (3 Mins from the train station)

Catering: Full day coffee, tea and water pass for CHF 11,- can be bought on arrival, lunch is self-organized

Price: Pay what feels right for room, material, program and facilitation
