Alpaca Interaction: Begin your journey with a heartwarming meet-and-greet with friendly alpacas. Bond with these gentle creatures in a peaceful, open setting.
Yin Yoga: Unwind with a gentle Yin Yoga session, holding restorative poses to release tension.
Delicious Indian Vegan Dinner: Savor a vibrant Indian feast, featuring aromatic flavors and flavorful sides, crafted to nourish your body and soul.
Yoga Nidra Sound Journey: Drift into profound relaxation with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, paired with a transformative sound bath while floating over water (optional). Let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, guitar, and chimes wash over you as you float in a state of bliss.
Set against the tranquil backdrop of Mount Diablo, this event is designed to restore balance and awaken your senses. No prior experience needed— bring an open heart and comfy attire. Floatation devices will be provided. Please bring blankets in case it gets chilly.
