The Maturity Model for Microsoft 365

Description: A decade after the Maturity Model for SharePoint went public, a crack community team has been hard at work developing a new maturity model for businesses, built around the capabilities of the full MS 365 stack.

This session will cover the What, How and Why of the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365, with a focus on what the levels of business maturity look like for each competency.

Learn how to assess, direct and improve business operations across a range of competencies including Communication, Collaboration, Staff and Training and more. Gain insights into plugging in M365 technology against the business needs at a strategic and granular level.

The model enables consultants, technology owners and business managers to develop complementary business and technology roadmaps; developing the organization and their own careers.
