More Excuses to Drink Wine and Chat!

Our inaugural event was small but successful, so we'll be doing it again--this time with more notice. Once again, the event will be held in my apartment building, The Edmund, which is located directly above the Wegmans in Reston. Here are some more details:

• Please bring a bottle of wine and at least one cup to sample everyone's wines. (There's a sink to wash out the cups. You're free to bring more than one cup, though, if you like.)
• Since my apartment building literally is the same building that contains a Wegmans, you can buy a bottle of wine and a few disposable cups there if you're coming straight from work.
• Meetup charges me $180 every six months to be an organizer, so please bring $1 to help defray this cost. Hope this massive sum doesn't break the bank. :-)
• Wegmans offers free parking, so park there and walk around the building to the lobby of the apartment complex.
• Try to park at Wegmans and be in the lobby of the Edmund (my apartment building) a few minutes before the event. The elevator is access controlled, so it's easiest if we all go up together as a group. (Once the event starts, I try to pay attention to everyone and not check my phone too much.)
