Deep restoration and relaxation through guided meditation and pranayama.
Experience bliss, embodiment and possibly a good night of sleep at these Deeply Restorative Meditation sessions. I blend my background in Ayurveda, restorative yoga and pranayama to help the community find joy and inner peace through these guided meditations. Appropriate for all ages, but designed for busy and hard-working adults.
This practice takes about 60 minutes with a period of rest after.
Space is limited to 7 and the session is on Donation basis. If you have RSVP'ed and cannot attend, please cancel by two hours before the event so it becomes available for other attendees.
Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Bring a mat, a small pillow and a soft blanket.
We begin on-time and doors will be closed by within 10 minutes of start time.
