Start this New Year with gentle postures, pranic bliss, peaceful breathing and a restorative and reflective guided meditation practice. Receive and be in the state of Bliss.
This session is intended to help participants come into peace despite constant and continuous change in their outer environment. A perfect practice for starting a new chapter.
I blend my background in Ayurveda and yoga therapy to help the community reach deeper experiences of presence and their inner being while subtly shifting their thoughts around what life greets them with.
Appropriate for All Ages. Great for busy and working adults.
If you have RSVP'ed and cannot attend, please cancel by two hours before the event so the spot becomes available for other attendees.
Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Bring a mat, a small pillow and a soft blanket.
Our goal is to begin on-time and doors will be closed within 10 minutes after start time.
