**Honor yourself by getting immersed in your true essence which is love. You will experience a heart-centered and soulful guided meditation as well as sleep yoga, which you learn to practice on your own at the end.**

This session is intended to help participants come into a state of bliss despite constant and continuous change in the outer environment. A perfect practice for being at peace with yourself and life.

I blend my background in Ayurveda and yoga therapy to help the community reach deeper experiences of presence and their inner being while subtly shifting their thoughts around what life greets them with.

Appropriate for All Ages. Great for busy and working adults.

**If you have RSVP'ed and cannot attend, please cancel by two hours before the event so the spot becomes available for other attendees.**

**Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. Bring a mat, a small pillow and a soft blanket.**

**Our goal is to begin on-time and doors will be closed within 10 minutes after start time.**
