In this Restorative Yoga Class, Kelley will lead you through a series of gentle movements and restful poses designed to release tension from the body and mind. No experience is necessary, and the only work you'll need to do is find a place of stillness while you pay attention to your breath, thoughts, and sensations in your body.

Benefits of restorative yoga may include increased relaxation, better sleep, reduced pain, improved sense of well being, and better mood. Recommended props include a yoga mat, 2 blocks, 2-3 blankets, and a bolster or firm pillow. Make sure to wear something that will keep you warm in periods of stillness.
