What we’re about
Hurricane Helene may have happened over a year ago, but the work of restoring Western North Carolina is far from over. Many small towns, families, artists, and mountain communities are still rebuilding—quietly, slowly, and often without enough help.
This group was created to bring people together through art, creativity, community connection, and shared purpose.
We believe that healing doesn’t end when the headlines fade. Recovery continues in the forests, the riverbeds, the mountain roads, and inside the hearts of the people who call WNC home.
Our mission is to help fill the gaps that larger organizations could not—through awareness, community projects, art initiatives, and supporting small businesses still trying to get back on their feet.
Whether you’re:
an artist
a volunteer
someone who loves the mountains
someone who wants to learn
or someone who simply cares
you are welcome here.
Together, we will:
support locals affected by the storm
participate in art-based community healing
bring awareness to ongoing recovery needs
uplift small mountain businesses
explore how creativity and compassion can restore hope
This is a gentle, meaningful, and inspiring space.
A place to connect, contribute, learn, and help Western North Carolina continue its path toward recovery—one project, one conversation, and one act of kindness at a time.
If you feel called to make a difference, this group is for you.
