Varying rates of adopting new processes quickly result in an enigmatic workplace. Using case examples we will follow the straightest, least bumpy routes to identify ways to pursue job opportunities, which (hooray!) lead to action plans for meeting your goals. From this vantage point we will transform vague job categories into specific functions and roles and move deeper into identifying up-to-date and searchable job titles. Along our route we will consider research into industries and career levels (early-mid-advanced). We will help sort through the dilemmas of resume decisions as we share insights and techniques that will improve your chances of successful job searching. Plan to add your own ideas and ask questions as we work through issues.
