This group is open to all leadership development practitioners in the non-profit, corporate and faith-based sectors. Let's explore alternatives to traditional leadership development, ask bold questions, explore different approaches, share case examples and prototype emerging practices. You don't have to be an expert. You are welcome if you are curious with an open mind and open heart, humble to listen, learn and share your wisdom. Most importantly, you are committed to the potential of leadership development for transformation in South Africa. An opportunity for relationship building, peer networking & movement building. This will be a no sales zone, no product pitches. Just open, honest dialogue on topics that matter most to the community that emerges.
