Muay Thai in Retiro Park – Community Training

This group is about building a consistent, supportive training environment through Muay Thai.

The aim is simple:
to help people get stronger, improve their conditioning and develop both physical and mental resilience while training outdoors in a relaxed, community-driven setting.

No egos, no pressure. Just showing up, putting in the work and improving steadily.

This is for everyone beginners curious about Muay Thai, people looking to get fitter and stronger, expats and locals who enjoy training outdoors and anyone wanting structure, discipline and consistency. Those who prefer a friendly, non-intimidating environment

You don’t need experience — just willingness to learn and train.

Each session will be structured but adaptable to all levels:

  • Warm-up & mobility
  • Technique fundamentals (strikes, footwork, basic combinations)
  • Partner drills (optional and beginner-friendly)
  • Conditioning & bodyweight training
  • Occasional light pad work (if equipment is available)
  • Personal Training and sparring sessions available on request

Sessions are designed to build skill, fitness and confidence over time.

Sessions are free / donation-based
Held outdoors in Retiro Park
Bring water, a towel, comfortable training clothes and a good attitude.
