As we reach the midpoint of the year, you're invited to take a dedicated pause from the busyness of everyday life and return to yourself.
This 2-hour online gathering is designed to help you slow down, reflect on the first half of the year, and reconnect with what you truly need as you move into the months ahead.
Through a guided and supportive experience, you’ll be gently led through practices that support clarity, grounding, emotional balance, and self-connection.
This is a space to stop striving for a moment, and simply be with yourself.

## ✨ What you will experience during the session

  • A guided meditation to help you arrive, settle, and reconnect inwardly
  • Gentle breathwork to support calm and nervous system regulation
  • Light movement and embodiment practices to reconnect with your body
  • Reflective journalling to gain clarity on where you are and what you need
  • Optional sharing in a supportive women’s circle (always voluntary)
  • A simple intention-setting practice for the months ahead
  • A closing grounding practice to leave you feeling centred and clear

  • A Return to Self reflection workbook (PDF) sent before the event
    (designed to guide you through journalling and reflection during the session and beyond)
  • A bonus guided audio meditation to use after the event whenever you need to reconnect with yourself again
  • A free 30-minute group check-in session (held online a few weeks after the event)
    to integrate your reflections, reconnect with the group, and share how things have unfolded since
