Return to Self is a gentle, grounding virtual breathwork session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and come home to yourself — especially in the middle of a busy or emotionally full week.

This community session blends nervous system regulation, conscious breathing, and inner child healing to support emotional release, clarity, and a deep sense of safety within the body.

Each session includes:

Grounding & nervous system settling to help you arrive and feel supported

Approximately 30 minutes of active breathwork to release stored tension, emotion, and stress

A guided inner child visualization to close the session with softness, compassion, and integration

This is not about forcing a breakthrough or “doing it right.”
It’s about listening to your body, following your breath, and allowing yourself to receive exactly what you need in that moment.

You don’t need any prior breathwork experience. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are — tired, overwhelmed, curious, or simply in need of a pause.

Comfortable clothing, a quiet space, and water recommended

This space is gentle, supportive, and judgment-free.
