### Virtual Breathwork for Nervous System Regulation

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or carrying tension that your mind can’t seem to release, your nervous system may simply need a reset.

The Chakra Reset is a guided breathwork series designed to help regulate the nervous system while gently releasing emotional blocks stored in the body’s energy centers.

Through breathwork, somatic awareness, and guided reflection, we’ll work with the chakra system as a framework for understanding where stress, emotions, and unconscious patterns may be held within the body.

Each session focuses on a different chakra, helping restore balance, clarity, and the natural flow of energy.

Breathwork allows the body to shift out of survival mode and into a regulated state where emotional release, insight, and healing can occur more naturally.

### What to Expect

Each session includes:
• Gentle grounding and nervous system regulation
• Guided breathwork practice
• Somatic awareness and emotional release
• A closing integration process

Participants will also receive a companion workbook section for each chakra, which includes:
• A short explanation of the chakra we are working with
• Journaling prompts for reflection
• Simple somatic exercises to support integration between sessions
These tools allow you to continue the work beyond the breathwork session and deepen your connection with your body and energy.
