The perfect plan for a summer morning: move your body, connect with yourself, and recharge your energy among your new friends 💫

🧘‍♀️ We’ll start with a Mat Pilates class on the beach led by a certified instructor to activate your body and release tension
🌞 Then, a guided manifestation ritual with a therapist, where you'll set intentions for your goals
🍊 We’ll finish by sharing an energizing Boost juice (orange, ginger, and mint) and connection activities to bond with each other 🧩

🧘‍♀️ Empezamos con una clase de Mat Pilates en la playa con instructora certificada, para activar el cuerpo y liberar tensiones
🌞 Luego, un ritual de manifestación guiado por terapeuta, donde pondrás intención a tus metas.
🍊 Cerramos compartiendo un jugo Boost de energía (naranja, jengibre y menta) y dinámicas para conectar entre nosotras 🧩
