We are excited to have Dustin share his expertise as we discuss this month's topic "Intro to Multifamily." Dustin Lapacka is a full time real estate professional that has been investing in multifamily real estate since 2014 with equity in more than 2,550 units in Texas, Ohio and Arizona. Leveraging experience gained from years in construction subcontractor sales management and his own multifamily investments, he is uniquely positioned to confidently invest in properties and markets that balance minimized risk and significant returns. His investment experience also opened the door to coach new apartment investors through the Brad Sumrok Apartment Investor Mastery education program since mid-2018. Early in 2019, Dustin attained his Texas real estate agent license and became the investment group’s buyer agent for Central and South Texas. As a veteran and former Air Force officer, “Integrity First” and “Excellence in All We Do” are guiding core values ingrained in his life and family.
