Join us in Asheville for an in-person Revelation Breathwork experience exploring the Root Chakra and the journey from Abandonment to Belonging.

The Root Chakra is associated with our foundation – safety, security, connection, family, home, and our sense that we have a place in the world.

In this class, we'll explore those patterns through teaching, reflection, and Revelation Breathwork – a heart-centered practice combining conscious connected breathing, music, guidance, and intentional inner exploration.

What to expect
We'll begin with a short teaching and reflection on the Root Chakra and the theme of Abandonment → Belonging, followed by a guided Revelation Breathwork journey. You'll be lying comfortably on a mat for the breathwork portion of the experience.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

• Blanket and/or pillow if you'd like extra comfort
• An open mind and willingness to explore
