The Sacral Chakra is associated with our emotions, creativity, sensuality, desire, pleasure, and our capacity to receive and enjoy life.

In this class, we'll explore the ways shame can disconnect us from our desires, emotions, bodies, and capacity for pleasure through teaching, reflection, and Revelation Breathwork – a heart-centered practice combining conscious connected breathing, music, guidance, and intentional inner exploration.

What to expect
We'll begin with a short teaching and reflection on the Root Chakra and the theme of Abandonment → Belonging, followed by a guided Revelation Breathwork journey. You'll be lying comfortably on a mat for the breathwork portion of the experience.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

• An open mind and willingness to explore
