In this class, we'll explore the patterns of doubt, comparison, and self-questioning that can disconnect us from our inherent worth through teaching, reflection, and Revelation Breathwork – a heart-centered practice combining conscious connected breathing, music, guidance, and intentional inner exploration.

What to expect
We'll begin with a short teaching and reflection on the Sacral Chakra and the theme of Shame → Pleasure, followed by a guided Revelation Breathwork journey. You'll be lying comfortably on a mat for the breathwork portion of the experience.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

• An open mind and willingness to explore
