Join us in Asheville for an in-person Revelation Breathwork experience exploring the Heart Chakra and the journey from Judgment to Compassion.

The Heart Chakra is associated with love, compassion, forgiveness, connection, and our capacity to keep our hearts open to ourselves and others.

In this class, we'll explore the judgments we carry – toward ourselves, other people, and our experiences – and what becomes possible when we begin to soften those judgments and meet life with greater compassion.

We'll explore these themes through teaching, reflection, and Revelation Breathwork – a heart-centered practice combining conscious connected breathing, music, guidance, and intentional inner exploration.

What to expect
We'll begin with a short teaching and reflection on the Heart Chakra and the theme of Judgment → Compassion, followed by a guided Revelation Breathwork journey.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
