Linda Hayes, CPA, CA, MBA has been investing in real estate since 2006 and is a Buyer’s Agent in Belize, where effective marketing is essential for attracting international buyers. She maintains a consistent online presence by combining her own content with automated real estate marketing systems, reaching over 4,000 followers on YouTube and Facebook. This visibility has led to working with international clients who engage her services remotely. Linda will share practical strategies investors can use to automate and streamline their marketing while staying authentic and goal-focused.
