ProductTank Cologne is back at REWE digital: After "The practical challenges of doing Discovery Work" with Tim Herbig back in November 2024, ProductTank is back at REWE digital's Carlswerk Cologne office to kickstart 2026 with "The great reset - How to leverage AI as Product Manager".

Here's what's happening on January 26:
A quiet but profound transformation is happening: AI is not just taking over partial tasks – it is actively shaping our products, decisions, and processes. Hypotheses emerge automatically from user data, prototypes are generated and tested in real time, and decisions are prepared and executed – without anyone ever opening Jira or Figma.

What used to be separate or closely linked phases is merging into an AI-driven product loop. Discovery happens „on the fly,“ validation runs continuously, and code is created almost effortlessly. Technologies like Agentic Meshes and adaptive interfaces are making products more fluid, context-aware, and dynamic than ever before. For product leaders, this means that simple method updates are no longer enough. We are facing a structural reset – requiring us to rethink our role, our understanding of products, and our entire setup.
