This group is for you if you’re craving more aliveness, nature, sisterhood, and soulful connection. Whether you’re navigating hormonal shifts, feeling stuck in survival mode, or simply longing to feel more free and whole — you belong here.
We’ll gather for intentional meetups that may include:

Many of us are walking through life with nervous systems stuck in survival mode — constantly scanning for threats, running on adrenaline, and struggling to rest or feel truly safe in our own bodies. This can show up as:- Trouble sleeping
- Gut issues and bloating
- Mood swings or irritability
- Burnout and fatigue
- Feeling disconnected or “shut down”
These aren’t just random symptoms — they’re signs that your nervous system may be dysregulated.
So what does it mean to “befriend” your nervous system?
It means learning to work with your body, not against it. It means understanding that anxiety, overwhelm, and even shutdown are protective responses — your body doing its best to keep you safe when it feels threatened.
But when chronic stress, trauma, or grief go unprocessed, your nervous system can get stuck in defense mode. And healing won’t happen from that place.
