Cultivating Self Compassion

Details

Are you ready to quiet the inner critic and reconnect with the kindness already living within you?

Join us for a meaningful gathering focused on self-compassion—a foundational part of rewilding your soul. This event offers a safe, welcoming space to explore how our culture has shaped us to disconnect from ourselves—and how we can gently reclaim our inherent worth.

Together, we’ll engage in nature-inspired practices to deepen our connection with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. We’ll continue building a shared understanding of how toxic cultural patterns erode our self-trust—and what we can do to heal.
This is the second event in our Rewilding Your Soul series, and the first gathering gave me real hope. Though small, it sparked heartfelt conversation and connection—proof that something beautiful is beginning here.

We’ll meet at the Tot Lot Pavilion in Lower Allen Park (rain or shine!). I reserved this space to allow privacy, movement, and smaller group conversations as we get to know one another.

Bring a drink, your curiosity, and come as you are.

Stay as long—or as briefly—as you like. All are welcome.

Donations are appreciated but never expected.

RSVP required – space is limited to 30 participants.
