First Circle: Rewiring Together – Black, Late-Diagnosed & Learning Out Loud

Details
Join us for the first gathering of Rewiring the Rhythm, a space created for Black adults who were diagnosed with ADHD later in life — and are now trying to make sense of it all.
If you're navigating forgotten routines, to-do list overwhelm, time blindness, or that gnawing sense of "what could’ve been if I’d known sooner" — this is for you.
This first session is about laying the foundation for our community:
- Sharing our diagnosis stories (if you choose)
- Naming the executive function struggles we’re wrestling with now
- Swapping strategies that actually work — or seeking ones that might
- Sitting together in honesty, relief, grief, laughter, and support
You don’t have to be “on.” You don’t have to explain your Blackness or your ADHD. You just have to show up — exactly as you are.
