Data Analysis in Scientific Research(Lecture)

This one semester course will teach student how to use R in scientific research. The course will include three parts. First one is how to use R to manipulate data, which including data import, data cleaning, data separate, data merge, and etc,. Second part is how to use R to produce delicate graphics, which including basic statistics graphics, complex graphics, interactive graphics and etc,. Last part is how to use R in statistics, which including basic statistics, descript statistics, regression, ANOVA function, multi-variable statistics, machine learning, time series and etc,. Through this course and practice, students may master basic R skill to do data analysis during research. Coding is required in this course.
