The Tour:
We start our hike at the Trainstation Hattenheim. From there we walk up the vineyards to Kloster Eberbachbach. Passing Kiedrich and the castle Scharfenstein we enter the forest. Afterwards we continue in the direction of Rauenthal. Only a short way up the hill we are already on the Bubenhäuser Höhe. From there we have a nice view into the Rheingau. Through the vineyards we go back to Eltville Trainstation.

The meeting point at Frankfurt Central Station is of course only a suggestion. If you have a better way to get to the starting point, please feel free to use this one.
Why is there an entry fee? Meetup wants a half-year amount for this group. With the entry fee I would like to cover these costs.
If the hike was really fun for you, I would also be happy about a donation which covers my own costs.

Approach:

The meeting point at Frankfurt Central Station is of course only a suggestion. If you have a better way to get to the starting point, please feel free to use this one.

From Frankfurt: You can meet at approx. 09:35 am at platform 23. There are RMV ticket machines nearby and you can organize yourselves into groups and share a Groupticket (valid 31,90€ for up to 5 people). The VIA RB10 leaves from platform 23 at 09:53. The Train arrives in Hattenheim 10:53.
By Car: The hike is not a circular track. The Train arrives 10:53. At the end of the hike you can take a train to Hattenheim. Please do not be late, we wait no more than five minutes.
