# Agenda
The success story of using mob-programming in software project work.

Mob-programming is a software development practice of having a group of developers work on a single task at the same time. This method has proven to be highly successful for us doing software project work. We directly involve clients, users, experts in the group and collaborate on the feature at hand.

Remote-only work and the practice of distributing work to individuals make it hard to work as a development team. In software project work it can be hard to collaborate with users. Planning and SCRUM practices can get in the way of actually delivering what users need.

We invite you on our journey of how following the Manifesto for Agile Software Development inevitably lead us to mob-programing.

You'll get the lessons learned along the way, what happened to skeptics and how to start mob-programming in your own projects.
