opening circle begins 7pm. Please arrive on time to create a supportive Community in Opening Circle.

No late comers permitted.
Event ends 9:00pm and the rest of your evening begins.

Whether you want to connect more deeply with yourself, with others in your community, your friends, family, coworkers, or relationships, platonically, romantically, or the spectrum in between, this will be a supportive, consensual and intentional space to do so.
This event incorporates, sitting, talking and movement activities to engage in a full cognitive and somatic experience. You are always at choice.
You can choose to participate in as much, or as little as you wish.

Led by licensed Therapist, Charity Loring, LMSW of Loring Therapy LLC.
This is not group therapy, although some people find these events fun, engaging and therapeutic.
Charity has been facilitating groups for over 20 years, and is passionate about creating safe, warm, welcoming, consent based spaces, and opportunities for people to connect with themselves and others.
You may pay via credit online signup in advance, or cash/venmo door; payment goes to facilitator & rental cost of space.

Strength & Balance Building Class ~ All levels of experience are welcome, all body types and abilities belong here! (We have extra mats if needed.)

Afterwards, your registration includes one beer, cocktail, or N/A drink. Feel good and build community with us! Please bring a mat and dress comfortably to fully participate.

Class may move inside in the case of inclement weather.
